Forming can be improved by annealing means it is strengthened during a heat treatment process that involves the disbursement of particles within the metal’s grain structure, hindering motion and effectively increasing strength and durability. T6 temper offers excellent mechanical properties as well as reasonable corrosion resistance. Grade 6061-T6 for gas cylinder conforms to ASTM B221, ASTM B241, ASTM B429 and ect.
