T91/P91 steel is a ferritic alloy heat resistant steel developed on the basis of T9 steel by fine crystallization, microalloying and controlled rolling and cooling processes. The steel has good mechanical properties, stable structure after high-temperature aging, and good welding and technological properties. T91 tubing belong to ASTM A213 which do Ferrite and Austenitic boiler superheater and heat exchanger seamless steel tube. But for ASTM A335 P91 tubing, they intended for Ferritic and alloy seamless steel tubes intended for high-temperature service. Both of them can be used in engineer components, superheater coils, headers and steam piping with less thickness.

Application: It can be used for superheater, reheater pipe, header and steam pipe under 600℃ in high pressure, ultra-high pressure and subcritical power station, and also can be used as nuclear power heat exchanger and oil cracking unit furnace pipe.
