IPN8710 consists of polyurethane resin and modified epoxy resin and asphalt, anti-rust pigments and additives such as grinding precision filtration and become a new type of anticorrosive coatings with Interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure. It is characterized by non-toxic, low viscosity, high strength, excellent resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis and corrosion. IPN8710 anticorrosive coating is suitable for buried pipeline in the drinking water tank, water tower, beer can, water supply pipeline of petrochemical, petroleum, offshore platform, ship, water conservancy, municipal engineering, metallurgy and other industries, also used for fuel oil, gasoline and other metal containers, concrete container interior coating finish.

1. Surface treatment of steel pipe: Sand blasting and rust removal on the surface of steel tube reached Sa2.5 level, and the Profile gauge was about 30 um. The treated surface should be primed within 24 hours.
2. Coating: The coating of group A and group B shall be configured according to the proportion of weight A: B= 11:1 before use. The finished coating should be used up within 5 hours.
3. Painting process: Ordinary spraying, high-pressure airless spraying, painting brush and other processes can be used for construction. The next coating should be applied after the previous one has dried. Special diluent dilution can be used when viscosity is too large.
