Mitrered elbow/bend is a type of commonly used pipe fittings. It’s simple to manufacture, less usage and higher precision than the traditional pipe/plate welding elbow. Common materials are carbon steel and stainless steel. A Miter bend is a steel elbow which is made by cutting pipe ends at an angle and joining the pipe ends, often 90° and 45 ° and joining them by welding.
